2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey results and winners

Firstly, thanks to everyone who took part, and congratulations to the winners of the two $500 Westfield gift vouchers; our New Zealand winner was Steven Jordan from OMD, and our Australian winner was Cindy Henderson from OMD WA.
Response rate
We sent out more than 600 surveys and the response rate was great at 36%. This has given us plenty of valuable feedback which we look forward to implementing over the coming year.
Customer Satisfaction
Our customers are generally very happy with us, with an overall customer satisfaction score > 90% which is up on previous years. Our New Zealand clients continued to show high scores and we will continue to work on exceeding your expectations.  We were pleased to see an increase in satisfaction in Australia reflecting our investment in new modules and training for this market based on feedback from last year’s survey.
Top scores were received for our Technical Support and Account Management, with one customer commenting “I love working with the TVmap team. Definitely offer the best client service of all software providers” while another commented “The service is absolutely fantastic”. Thanks for the great feedback, we appreciate it.
The feedback this year has also shown that we can improve the awareness of our training and support options and we will be following up with clients who have requested additional training and support.
